- Position in source
- Levant Fleet is the registered owner of the Monte Biance (IMO: 9385233) (formerly known as Finikia and San Severus), which is listed by the Union and used to transport stolen Ukrainian grain. The Monte Biance, while under the ownership of Levant Fleet, made a call at the occupied grain port of Komysh-Burun as recently as August 2025 and continues to carry false flags and practice irregular and high-risk shipping practices. The systematic plunder of Ukrainian grain on Russian-occupied territories is a Russian state policy to strip Ukraine of essential agricultural produce and income. Therefore, Levant Fleet is responsible for and supporting actions or policies which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, and stability and security in Ukraine.
