The UN verifies civilians killed and injured. Injured does not mean everyone who experienced any form of harm. Children are included in the corresponding overall UN figures. Monthly values reconcile with annual and cumulative figures.

Adults: 17,257 − 835 = 16,422 killed; 53,693 − 3,247 = 50,446 injured. Cumulative child counts are 452 + 356 + 27 = 835 killed, and 1,672 + 1,290 + 285 = 3,247 injured: boys, girls and children whose sex is not yet known, on page 4 of the report.

T4P is a human rights initiative documenting war crimes. Participating organisations collect information from open sources, victims and witnesses, and verify records before entering them into the database. Documentation is organised by region.

We display the source column counting people rather than incidents. T4P’s regional grouping is preserved; separate values for Kyiv city and Sevastopol are not published in this snapshot. Published T4P statistics, like other available estimates, do not represent the complete actual toll.

Harmed includes source-reported health harm, including acute stress reaction. It is not added to injuries, rescues or people receiving assistance. Updates replace earlier counts for the same incident.
